Snow Day!!!

Last night it snowed and snowed and snowed. Today my daddy even got to stay home from work. The weatherman said we got about a foot of snow!!!

 We just had a big breakfast and then my daddy went outside to shovel.

I have had a couple pretty busy days. My mommy took me up to her office to meet all the nice people on Monday. Then on Tuesday I went and got pictures done and we shopped around the mall. My Aunt Barb went with us too...it was a really fun day. I have lots of stuff planned for this weekend, so I am getting my rest while I can. Will take lots of pictures to share with you!

I love to play!!

Now that I am starting to be awake more during the day, I love playing with all my toys! I must say that my swing is my most favorite!

I also love laying in my playyard and looking up at all the colors!

Here is my other swing...yes, I have 2...I'm spoiled!

Well, all this playing has made me sleepy...gonna catch my afternoon nap!

Out for Lunch

Yesterday I got all dressed up and went out for lunch! We went with my Grammy, Grandpop, Uncle Jeremy, Aunt Dawn, Cousins Joel, Austin & Aiden. We had such a good time. All the food smelled really good, but I couldn't have any of it.  Mommy says I am too little, so I just had my bottle. Here are a couple pictures from the family outing...

This next picture is my favorite...it is the first picture of my mommy, daddy & I (except for the ones from when I was first born)!

After such a fun day out, I was exhausted. I went home and took a 4 hour nap!

My daddy took off work tomorrow as a surprise for mommy & me. We are going to spend a family day together. I will tell my daddy to take lots of pictures!

Awake!!!

Hello everyone!  Mom and Dad said I have been sleeping a lot and so I have started to spend more time awake lately.  For the record, this is not necessarily by choice.

I have been  feeling a little more energetic and learned the patented "Peter's" dance move from my mom.

I have also picked up a few others that are sure to impress the ladies.

And one last move I will share with you at this time.  I don't want to show off too much.

My Mom and Dad said that I should be on "dancing with the stars".  I also spent some time at the doctor's office.  He said he was impressed that I sleep five hours at night.  All I can say is, I just do what comes natural.  I also have to let you know that I now weigh six pounds and thirteen ounces.  Almost a whole pound of weight gain since I was born.  I have worn myself out dancing around so i am off to spend some time with my new best friend...  my swing.

Hearing Loud & Clear

Today was a great day!! I had my hearing checked at the doctor's and I passed both ears!!! My left ear kept failing the test in the hospital when I was first born! But let me back up to these last few days...

It has been Very busy around here! The other night I kept my mommy awake all night while I cried and cried and cried. My tummy was hurting so bad. So we called the doctor in the morning to see what medicine I could take. When the nice nurse called back later that night to see how I was, she wanted my mommy & daddy to take me to the Emergency Room, just to get my tummy all checked out, since I am so little. I slept almost the entire time I was there!

The good news is that all the xrays came back perfect and I am starting to feel much better.

Then today I had to go to 2 doctor's appointments. One was a follow-up from my hospital visit and the other was my hearing test. Since daddy had to work, my Great-Great Aunt Barb went along with us to help mommy and I at the appointments.

My daddy stopped home for lunch today and boy does that make me one happy little boy! He always tells me the funniest stories!

Well, I'd better run...my mommy is getting pretty tired...I should tuck her in for the night!

Happy New Year

Hello everyone!!  I know it has been a few days since I have been able to update you all, but there has been so much happening in my crazy little life!  I just finished watching the new years ball drop in times square with my mommy and daddy and all I have to say is... that is a lot of people and it will suck for whoever has to clean up all that confetti.  The fireworks were cool though.  Well anyway lets back up a little bit.  Christmas was amazing.  I got so many clothes, toys, and stuffed animals that I didn't have any room in my own room.  I have temporarily relocated to my mommy and daddy's room.  Grammy has been doing an awesome job cleaning, organizing, and taking care of me that I wish she didn't have to leave in a few days.  Ok so now that you are somewhat caught up let's get back to new years.  I know that everyone is supposed to have a new years resolution.  I have heard that some people want to try new things, go new places, or make some changes in their lives.  Some want to meet new people, get a better job, get into better shape or just change the way they look at life.  I have decided that my new years resolutions are as follows...   gain as much weight as possible, grow really big, sleep at night instead of during the day, and figure out how to use the big white thing called "the toilet".  I have had a blast so far experiencing all of the new sights and sounds and people this week.  It is a lot different outside of mommy's belly than I thought.  It is hard to believe that I wasn't even supposed to be here until today.  I like to think of myself as an over-achiever and got an early start on life, but call it what you will.  Gotta go.  It "supposedly" is bedtime.   We will see about that...
