My New Tricks

It's been a busy week around here...I mean, learning new things is tiring for this little guy! First, I have found mommy's Swiffer! I love to push it all around my house...bumping into almost every wall possible.

Mommy can't figure out how to turn this photo!

Another thing is now that I have ALL my teefers in, its time to start brushing my teeth! I sure like to carry my toothbrush around the house and scrub every last tooth. I gotta keep them clean so I don't get any cavities!

Last night, I went over my silly cousins house. They got a cool picnic table for their birthday. While Uncle Jeremy was putting it together, Austin & Aiden and me sure had Lots of fun playing the box!

A Night at the Park

Last night Mommy and Daddy and me went to the park. Now that I am getting bigger, I sure love to go there and play on all the swings and slides and sure get dirty.

I also had a lot of fun running (or walking really fast without falling) around the big open field!



Mommy had to hold my hand so I wouldn't run up to other people's picnics and take their goodies!

Here I am going down the big boy slide ALL BY MYSELF!! Mommy says I have no fear!

My First Fireworks and Ice Cream Cone

Yesterday was 4th of July and it was such a fun day. Mommy and Daddy were both home...in the middle of the week...what a treat. I woke up around 8:00 and mommy and I watched some cartoons. About an hour later, I started yawning again. I went back to bed until Lunch Time!!! I felt like a million bucks when I woke up, but I sure was hungry. So we went to IHOP for a late breakfast. I even sat in a big boy booster seat instead of those silly high chairs. Mommy said I was Very good in the restaurant.
Then it was time to get ready for a little BBQ, then some fireworks. Mommy brought some toys for me and my silly cousins to play with while we waited for the fireworks.

I sure love to play with my bulding blocks!!!

Then it was time for the fireworks!
      I was SO excited!!









I did pretty well watching the fireworks. I held on tight to mommy and when I got really scared, she brought out a snack.

On the way home, daddy stopped and got us ice cream cones. It was my first one and I LOVED IT!

Daddy's Birthday Party

Today is my daddy's birthday, but we started celebrating on Saturday. We had a birthday party for him and my silly cousins at our house!!

First it was time for pizza!!

After I ate 1 1/2 pieces, it was time for the cake...when my mommy was taking the cake out of the box, the lid started to close on it and put a line all the way through the cake. Boy, did we laugh alot.

Then it was time to sing Happy Birthday and blow out ALL those candles!

Since I just learned how to blow, I decided to try and help from my seat!

I got to try some cake too and boy was it Yummy!!!

As you can see, it was a very fun day, but boy was I tired. We are planning to take daddy to dinner somewhere tonight. I will ask mommy to bring the camera along...

A Busy Night

Mommy and I were very busy running errands tonight getting ready for my Daddy's birthday party tomorrow! First, we went to Walgreens...where I spotted a ball!!!

Then after we got back in the car, it was raining so hard we could not go anywhere. So we turned on my favorite CD and I started dancing!!! I also learned where my nose is this week, so here is the video!

Well, I'd better go night-night...I have a very busy day tomorrow! I will try to take lots of pictures!

A Haircut and a Story

Tonight was a big night. Mommy & Daddy both came and picked me up today so I knew something was up. Then we pulled in to not exactly my favorite place...Kids Kuts. I am not a huge fan of haircuts! But this time I decided since I was there, I might as well get a new look. Mommy and I decided on a shorter haircut. I cried quite a bit because I didn't like the sound of the clippers, but when I was finished, I got a lollipop!!!

Mommy thinks that my new haicut makes me look even more like daddy!!!

Then it was bath time...I sure love playing in the bath tub with all my toys! After some splashing around, it was story time.

ALOT of catching up to do!!!

Yes, yes, I know its been over a year. But I have been so busy growing, that mommy hasn't had time to keep my blog up to date. We are going  to try to keep this filled with new pictures for my grammy & pop-pop. Let's see....what's new....

I went to the dr last week...I am almost 18 months old, I weighed 24.6 lbs and I'm 32 inches long! Here I am eating my cheerios, waiting for the dr to come in...

But the biggest news is...I'm Walking!!!!!!!!!!

Mommy and I are going to try to do much better on keeping up with my blog!! It's summertime so there is a lot going on in my little world. I will take lots of pictures!!
